Having opened its doors just 12 months ago amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bridgeport Hotel persevered through many challenges to become a drawcard for the Murray River, Lakes & Coorong.

To overcome national labour shortages, the Bridgeport Hotel looked to the local community and created a traineeship program with TAFE SA to hire local youth – offering an employment pathway and career development while fostering staff loyalty and enthusiasm.
