Advance notice of an assistance animal is appreciated so we can assist with your stay, but it is not a condition of access. Assistance animals must remain under the control of their handler or another responsible person.
Guests who bring a pet or animal in breach of this policy will be required to arrange its removal from the hotel (including the car park) and will be asked to leave the hotel. No refund will be issued for accommodation regardless of length of stay. Any associated damage or additional cleaning will be addressed under the damage and cleaning provisions below.
Smoking and vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in guest rooms or anywhere onsite outside of the designated smoking areas. Please use designated smoking areas only and follow the hotel’s signage.
Guests must not cover, disconnect or tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms or other safety equipment.
Where a breach results in additional cleaning, damage or an emergency call-out, the hotel may seek recovery of reasonable, evidenced costs attributable to the guest’s conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
