“Rise up for our River” initiative, is encouraging South Australians to support their local communities impacted by the historic Murray River flood of 2023.

Flowing across Australia like a vital artery until it reaches the South Australian coastline, the Murray River holds immense significance for the communities and enterprises nestled along its shores. In the wake of unprecedented floods this past summer, it was the residents of Riverland and Murray River, Lakes and Coorong regions who bore the brunt of the devastation. Now, you have the opportunity to support the recovery of these river communities by participating in a ballot for a chance to secure a River Revival Voucher. This voucher can be redeemed for accommodation, houseboat rentals, and tours in the captivating Murray River regions of South Australia.

Get ready! The next round of our #RiverRevivalVoucher program is back bigger and better than before.

A new $750 houseboat and guided tour voucher has been introduced offering more ways to enjoy the Murray River regions. An increased $100 experience voucher will mean more of a saving for holidaymakers, and the popular $100 and $200 accommodation vouchers are back.

Plus – we’re extending the travel period so lucky voucher holders have more time to plan their perfect river escape.
A second chance draw will see unredeemed vouchers from the first booking period go back into a draw which will give those who missed out the first time, another chance.

Ballot registration: 19 – 21 June 2023
Vouchers issued: 22 June 2023
Booking period: 22 June – 25 July 2023
Travel period: 23 June – 30 November 2023
Second chance draw: 27 July 2023
Second booking dates: 27 July – 22 August 2023.
